Which fill soil should I use?
It depends on the purpose. Topsoil is for planting (290 THB/cu.m.). General fill soil is a lower-cost fill (240 THB/cu.m.). Hard soil / lateritic clay is for fill then building immediately, roads or riverside land (250 THB/cu.m.).
How long after filling before building a house?
Ordinary fill: wait 6–12 months. Compacted fill: wait 1–3 months, or build immediately if piles are used.
